Ms. Leekpele W. Flama is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the organization. Ms. Flama holds a Bachelor of Degree in Science in Economics/Demography from the University of Liberia. She also holds several certificates in development studies and banking services. Ms. Flama is a professional development practitioner who has worked with several national and international non-governmental organizations, including the Foundation for Human Rights Defense (FOHRD). She is married and is a mother of 5 kids.
